About Siniša Drobnjak

Siniša Drobnjak was born in 1970 and holds a degree in electrical bioengineering. He has been a private entrepreneur since 1995 and owns five successful companies developing IT solutions for healthcare, distributing premium dental products and delivering business education to healthcare professionals. He gained his own business education at leading American and European business schools and organisations. He is the founder of the “DBL Summit”, the leading business conference for healthcare professionals.

He believes there is a leader hidden in every one of us, and his mission is to help others actually become one. Every year he walks the Camino de Santiago to test whether his companies can run well without him. His most important role in life is being the father of his beautiful daughter Emma, with whom he shares a passion for American horses and racing cars.

Clinical skills alone are no longer enough to succeed in dentistry. According to 2024 research, roughly 78 % of stress in dentistry comes from relationships with patients and staff.
